How do I place a new order? 1) Go to the New Order Page. 2) Select a service from the dropdown menu. 3) Select a package below. 4) Enter the link to your page. Make sure you enter the correct link. For example, when ordering likes the link should be to the post / video you want to promote. When ordering followers, you must enter the link to your profile. Link examples are shown on the right of the new order page. 5) Enter a quantity above the minimum and below the maximum quantity required for the package you have selected. My YouTube Views Order Is Marked As Completed But I can't see the views? Sometimes if you have previously viewed a video it can take some time for the view count to update. To solve this simply like the video and refresh the page once or twice. Why was my order cancelled? The most common reasons for orders being cancelled is because either you have entered the incorrect link, or your like, follower or subscriber count is private. We may refund your order if we are updating the service, there is a long delay with processing your order, or your follower / view count drops below the start count. What does partial mean? If an order is marked as partial it has been partially refunded. For example, if you order 1000 followers for $10, and your order status shows partial with 200 remains, you will be refunded for $2. Can I resubmit a refunded / partial / cancelled order? Yes, you are free to resubmit the order. If your order is refunded again, create a support ticket containing the order ID(s) and we will investigate the issue. How do I know which link to use? An example link is displayed for each service on the new order page. You should ensure your link points to the correct place, and make sure your like / follower count is public. If you are ordering likes or views, you should link directly to a post or video, and not to your profile. If you are ordering followers or subscribers, you should link to your profile and not a post or video. If you need assistance please create a support ticket. When will my order start? Orders usually start within 0-24 hours. Each service is different, and more details can be found on our services page. Speeds can vary depending on how busy we are. If your order does not start after 24 hours feel free to open a support ticket. Why isn’t my order processing? The most common reason for delayed / stuck orders is because either the link is incorrect, or your page is private. If you have entered the correct details and your order has not started for longer than 24 hours, feel free to create a support ticket. What do I do if I have entered the wrong link? Firstly, please double check your links! If you have entered an invalid link (such as ordering YouTube views to your Facebook profile link), your order will most likely be refunded. If your order is stuck, create a support ticket containing your order ID. If you have entered a valid link that points to the wrong page, please contact us via support ticket. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to refund orders like this, as most of our services start instantly. How do I link to a Facebook post, or YouTube comment directly? Simply click the time and date that the post / comment was created. Example: 1 hr ago, or June 17 at 3.30pm. You will be taken to the post’s page, where you can then copy and paste the link.
